A Polite Notice About Cancellations

Sometimes we all have to cancel arrangements. I understand that last-minute problems do occasionally arise – especially if you’re a busy dog owner!

The nature of my dog training business necessitates that my diary be managed weeks in advance.

Once the booking is accepted, the contract is entered into, the deposit paid and the dates agreed upon “the course dates” are fixed and immovable. Prior to entering into the contract, during the negotiation of services stage dates can be rearranged and transferred.

The reasoning for this strict policy is for the fact that I run an extremely tight schedule, with high demand and will already have spent time preparing for our session(s) together.

What about follow-up training and environmental lessons? If you know you and your dog would benefit from a further continuation training then these must be booked in advance..

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking when you will also need to confirm which dates you would like to reserve. To get the most out of continuation training, these should ideally take place within a three-month period. Be sure of your personal commitments and diary arrangements because once booked, these dates are fixed and you will be liable to pay in full.

Please let me know if you need to cancel
