Separation Anxiety
Separation anxiety is displayed when a dog is separated from its human. This can occur when left alone for even short periods and manifest itself through unwanted behaviours such as pacing, barking, chewing or excessive licking or fowling inside the home. Identifying the triggers for anxiety and developing a programme of counter-conditioning that will make your dog feel less anxiety is key.
